1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Mondays Marketing Systems LLC ("Mondays Marketing Systems," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit leadwithmondays.com (the "Site"), fill out a form, send us a message through the Site, call or text us, or otherwise interact with us (together, the "Services"). We provide marketing and lead-response systems for home-service contractors.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us.

When you fill out a form, use our website texting feature, email, call, or text us, you may provide:

• Your first name and last name
• Your business name and trade or type of work
• Your mobile phone number and email address
• Information about your business and the challenges you're facing
• The content of your messages to us
• Any other information you choose to share

Information collected automatically.

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

• Device and browser information, such as browser type, operating system, and device type
• Your IP address and general location (such as city or region) based on it
• Pages you view, links you click, time spent on pages, and the website or ad that referred you
• Campaign information included in links (such as UTM parameters)
• Information collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see section 6)

Call and text information.

When you call or text us, we may receive your phone number, the date and time of the call or message, and the content of text messages. If we miss your call, our system may automatically send you a text in response.

Information from other sources.

We may receive information about your business from publicly available sources, such as your website, your Google Business Profile, and online reviews, when we prepare for a conversation with you.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your questions and requests, including your request for a free business review
• Contact you by phone, email, or text about your inquiry
• Send marketing messages about our services, where you've agreed to receive them
• Provide, set up, and support our services if you become a client
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services
• Understand how visitors use the Site and measure the performance of our advertising
• Keep records of communications and consent
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

4. Text messaging (SMS)

If you agree to receive text messages from Mondays Marketing Systems, we'll use your mobile number to send texts related to your inquiry and our services, and, if you separately agree, marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing any service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver text messages (such as messaging platforms and phone carriers). All other sharing described in section 5 excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

5. How we share your information

We don't sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

Service providers.

With companies that perform services for us, such as website hosting, customer relationship management, phone and text messaging delivery, email delivery, analytics, advertising, and payment processing. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

Legal and safety.

When we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Mondays Marketing Systems, our clients, or others.

Business transfers.

In connection with a merger, sale of assets, financing, or similar transaction, subject to this policy.

With your permission.

In any other situation where you've given us permission.

As stated in section 4, mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Cookies, pixels, and analytics

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to make the Site work, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and measure and improve our advertising. We use or may use tools such as:

Google Analytics,

to understand Site traffic and usage. You can learn about Google's practices at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram),

to measure the results of our ads and show relevant ads to people who've visited the Site. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

You can set your browser to block or delete cookies, though some parts of the Site may not work properly. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there's no common standard for these signals, the Site doesn't currently respond to them.

7. Information we handle for our clients

When contractors become clients, we provide software and services that may store and process information about their customers and leads, such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages, and reviews. We handle that information on our clients' behalf and according to our agreements with them. Our clients are responsible for having the necessary permissions to contact their customers. If you're a customer of one of our clients and have questions about how your information is used, please contact that business directly. We'll help them respond where appropriate.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, keep records of communications and consent, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

9. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices and rights

• Texts: reply STOP to any text to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
• Emails: click the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email.
• Access, correction, and deletion: you can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing hello@leadwithmondays.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep certain information when the law requires or allows it.
• State privacy rights: depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to opt out of certain targeted advertising. To make a request, email hello@leadwithmondays.com. We won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

11. Children's privacy

The Site and our services are intended for business owners and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

12. Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites, such as Google or social media platforms. We're not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. Please review their policies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we may also notify you by other means. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated policy.
